• 3 nights’ accommodation in a comfortable hotel/camp on a twin/triple-sharing basis.

• Daily breakfast and dinner as per the package itinerary.

• All transfers and sightseeing as mentioned in the itinerary.

• Local transportation for Dharamshala and McLeodganj sightseeing.

• Triund trek assistance with an experienced local trek guide.

• Trek permits and applicable entry fees, wherever required.

• Camping accommodation at Triund, if included in the selected itinerary.

• Basic first-aid support during the trek.

• Driver allowances, parking charges and applicable toll taxes.

• All applicable hotel and transportation taxes.

• Airfare/Bus/Train tickets from Delhi to Dharamshala and return, unless specifically mentioned.
• Personal expenses such as shopping, laundry, telephone calls, tips, etc.
• Meals other than those mentioned in the package inclusions.
• Entry fees to monuments, attractions and sightseeing places.
• Adventure activities and adventure sports charges.
• Travel insurance.
• Any additional sightseeing or transportation not mentioned in the itinerary.
• Charges arising due to weather conditions, roadblocks, delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Any increase in taxes, fuel prices or transportation costs after booking.
• Anything not specifically mentioned under “Inclusions.”

Payment Policy

• 30% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the package.
• The remaining 70% payment must be cleared at least 7 days before the departure date.
• Bookings made within 7 days of departure require 100% payment at the time of booking.
• The booking will be considered confirmed only after the required payment is received.
• Any additional services or upgrades will be charged separately.
• Payment once made will be subject to the applicable cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• Cancellation charges will depend on the date of cancellation and the policies of the respective hotels, transport providers, and other service providers.
• 30 days or more before departure: 10% of the total package cost will be charged.
• 15–29 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost will be charged.
• 7–14 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
• Less than 7 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost will be charged.
• Within 48 hours of departure or no-show: 100% of the package cost will be charged.
• No refund will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, or early departure.
• Any non-refundable amount charged by hotels, transport operators, or other vendors will be deducted from the refund.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after receiving the refund from the respective service providers.
• Cancellation charges may vary during peak season, holidays, or special dates based on supplier policies.
• Any cancellation or refund not specifically covered above will be subject to the service provider's terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions

• The package is subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the required payment.
• The itinerary may be changed due to weather, road conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Check-in and check-out times will be as per the hotel's standard policy.
• Any additional expenses incurred due to personal reasons will be borne by the traveller.
• Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary and vehicle availability.
• Sightseeing points may be changed or skipped due to weather conditions, local restrictions, or road closures.
• Cancellation and refund will be governed by the applicable cancellation policy.
• No refund will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, or voluntarily cancelled services during the trip.
• Any increase in government taxes, fuel charges, transportation costs, or other applicable charges may be payable by the traveller.
• Travellers are responsible for carrying valid government-issued ID proof.
• The company will not be responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control.
• Any services not specifically mentioned under Inclusions will be treated as excluded.
• By confirming the booking, the traveller agrees to the above terms and conditions.
